Bigg Boss 10 winner is announced and it is none other than commoner Manveer Gurjar. The desi lad from Haryana won the hearts of millions of Indians with his honesty and dedication towards his friends. Manveer got support from not only the aam aadmi but also from many celebrities. He even left celeb Bani J, who has a huge fan following, behind as he emerged as the numero choice of India.
After the announcement, Manveer’s father took the audience by surprise by announcing that half of the prize money won by his son will go to charity. “We will donate half of the prize money to Salman Khan’s organisation Being Human,” said Manveer Gurjar’s father.

Manveer, meanwhile, said the win has not changed him and he will always stay the same ‘desi banda’. “After I won, people have been praising me. They are taking my photos and shouting my name everywhere. People are making me feel like a star but I am still a desi banda inside,” he said after Salman announced him the winner in Bigg Boss finale.
Manu Punjabi looked happier than his best buddy Manveer after he was declared the winner. He said, “10 lakh mai le gaya aur baaki paise mera bhai. So, who can be happier than me. (I took away Rs. 10 lakh and the rest of the amount was won by my brother).”

Lopamudra Raut was a little upset about not winning the show and finishing third. She said, “I am slightly disappointed thinking that I could have won. But I feel like a winner as I was in the final three.”
“Manveer is a lovely human being. His win is mine. I am happy for him. He is a well-deserved winner,” Lopa added. The news of Swami Om being beaten up was the happiest news for Lopamudra after she stepped out of the Bigg Boss house. “The first thing I heard after coming out was that Swami Om has beaten. I was so happy hearing that,” Lopamudra said.

Manu Punjabi preferred to take Rs 10 lakh and quit the show. Bani J finished first runner-up, and Lopamudra Raut was declared the second runner-up due to less number of votes. While the massive fan base of both Bani and Manveer were campaigning for their favourite contestant for days now, the final announcement of Manveer as the winner has put all the rumours and speculations to rest.

Earlier, while the audience was getting desperate by the minute to know the winner of the television’s most controversial reality show Bigg Boss 10, several reports and inside news from the house found its way to social media. Former housemate Rahul Dev had confirmed Manveer’s win on Twitter, apart from Gaurav Chopra’s brother Raghav, and others.

Manveer has won hearts for his simple ways and the deep bond he shared with his best friends Manu and Mona Lisa. On the other hand Bani stood strong throughout the show and fought on her own. She did not depend much on her friendship with Gaurav Chopra too.
