Today let us join Dobby to learn how to make Fresh Mango Juice.
In Nigeria, April-May is the season of mangoes and also, the temperature during this period is usually really really hot. One good way to refresh your body as well as quench the thirst is by taking natural fruit juices such as this nutritious beverage.
One can buy different varieties of mangoes in this season. i’m a huge fan of mangoes and my favorite variety is the cherry mango(Yellow), next to the German mango (Green). I try to avoid fibrous mangoes (the types that stick to the teeth) as much as possible. Mango is Rich in vitamin C, potassium, niacin and vitamin A (beta carotene) and also good source of fiber.
