The CDQ of Jay Electronica’s “Road to Perdition” surfaces, with ad-libs from Hov.
Ohhh shit. Usually we don’t expect much to go down on Fridays, but Jay Electronica shakes things up bright and early with a new release, featuring fellow Jay of the Z variety. Don’t get two excited about the two Jays just yet though, because Hov’s part is composed of ad-libs from “Success.”
Act II: Patents of Nobility (The Turn) has almost become myth at this point, considering how long fans have been waiting on it. Jay goes through periods where he’s active either on twitter/or releasing a song or two, and during one such period in 2014 he assured fans the album would be dropping (in 2014). In the same bout of activity, Jay Elect confirmed that thetracklist he had leaked two years prior was pretty accurate save for a few records– and true enough, “Road to Perdition” was listed on said tracklist.
Recently we highlighted 13 Essential Tracks from the rapper, check out that here.

Quotable Lyrics
The flow is too atomic
The poetry too Quran’c, a young prophet Muhhamed
And I could drop a verse that change the whole vibration
The whole Roc Nation, the whole Live Nation
So pour a libation
Beware but prepare for the polarization, it’s the globalization
Warn all the clergy men and notify Satan
I been waiting, it’s the notarization
I been patient
The poetry too Quran’c, a young prophet Muhhamed
And I could drop a verse that change the whole vibration
The whole Roc Nation, the whole Live Nation
So pour a libation
Beware but prepare for the polarization, it’s the globalization
Warn all the clergy men and notify Satan
I been waiting, it’s the notarization
I been patient
